Harris HVAC & Refrigeration, Inc.

 1. When opting in to communications with Harris HVAC & Refrigeration, inc, you will only receive communications of the type you opt-in for. You have the option of signing up for 3 different categories of communications either for SMS communications or Email communications. (Note: options a and b will only work, if the phone number or email that is opting in is associated with a customer already on file.) The 3 types of communicatons are:
        a. Work-Orders - Those choosing to opt-in to this option, will receive any communications regarding work orders initiated by the customer associated with the phone number or email that is being opted-in. This may include such notifications as when the status of a work order changes, or when a technician is en-route to the location listed on the work order.
        b. Billing - This option is for communications regarding all billing and invoicing such as when a bill has been created, a payment is due, or a receipt needs to be sent.
        c. Promo - This option includes notifications of special deals or coupons and may also include special tip and info regarding HVAC maintenance.

The following is worded for SMS messaging, but also applies to emails:

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us respectively. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Promotional messages will be sent on a monthly basis. The frequency of work order and billing messages will be based upon the needs of the individual customers.
